Field Camp 1968
Students In 1968 the Geological Sciences Major included options in Geophysics, Geochemistry-Mineralogy-Petrology, and Geology. Geology and G-M-P required Geol 470, Introduction to Field Geology, during the academic terms and summer Geol 472, Field Geology. Thanks to Karen Wenrich for the names for 1968. Karen adds that a male and a female student from Rice University were brought in to increase the number of participants.
