Industry Recruiting

Penn State Geosciences students are highly recruited, and recruiters find many opportunities to connect with our students for full-time and internship opportunities.
The Department of Geosciences works with employers to collect resumes, transcripts, schedule information sessions and individual interviews. We can also set up lunches and/or dinners with faculty members, if they are available.
Speaking with undergraduate student groups is also a good way to promote your company. You may want to consider contacting our GeoClub, an undergraduate student organization, about speaking to them at a group meeting during your visit with us. We will be glad to help facilitate the initial contact.
