What to Send to the Graduate Program

For program mailing address and specific requirements, review your program of study's requirements.

• Official transcripts of all post-secondary institutions you have attended. Transcripts/records must be in the official language of the institution(s) attended, but if that language is not English you must also send an official English translation.

• Any other program specific requirements (e.g., test scores, letters of recommendation, program forms, writing samples, etc.).

• Application for Visa Document (international applicants only).

What to Send to the Graduate School

If the degree application is submitted electronically and the application fee is paid online via credit card at the same time as the application is submitted electronically, nothing needs to be mailed to the Graduate School. Non-degree applicants do not need to send anything to the Graduate School.

If you choose to pay the application fee by means other than online via credit card, the nonrefundable application fee of $45 may be mailed to the Graduate School with an application fee form. This form may also be printed from the online application.
