Talks:
Talks will be 12 minutes with 3 minutes of questions. Talks will be timed.
Laptops, projectors, and laser pointers will be provided.
Talks will be grouped into sessions:
Talks can be new or recycled.
Poster format: Unless you are at AAPG, presenters should hang posters by 10:00 on the
morning of the 21st. Judging
is to be held on Wednesday the 23rd. You will need to be present at your poster during the
judging session to talk about/answer questions about your poster.
No size
limit on posters (to accommodate for recycled posters from the Grad
Exhibition or conference). If you would like to do a new poster, funding
for printing is available. Please
keep new posters in the 3ft x 4ft range.
