More About Me

My goal in life is to work on global initiatives to increase the amount and scope of interdisciplinary studies across the globe, as well as to use my geosciences training on archaeological excavations.

Ever since I was a little kid, I have been fascinated by the Earth. I'm interested in acknowledging, learning, and helping to discover stories told through analyzing rocks. I have also been greatly fascinated by ancient history.

I recommend that all incoming students find an opportunity to study abroad at least once as an undergraduate. Penn State offers a plethora of resources for helping students to do so, and interacting with people and cultures different from our own is one of the best ways to learn about the world around us.

Give me a one-way ticket to the world and I'd live in Greece or France. They are two of my favorite places, especially because of their history and natural beauty.

When I study, I like to cram myself into one of the far corners in the Paterno Library, which are usually calm and allow me to look out the windows while I do homework.

I love to play and watch soccer. It's capable of bringing people from across the globe together, and I've been interested since I was 4 years old.

When my television is on these days, I'm watching The Royals.

If I could transform into any animal, I'd choose to be a wolf. Wolves are interesting and beautiful animals that are associated with legends and lore that I love to study.
